Advocacy — Keeps the Board informed about PTA issues in the Legislature Assistant Treasurer — Aids the Treasurer Athletics Liaison — Publicizes Coleman athletic events with administration Awards — Submit spring awards for regional and state PTSA ceremonies Birthday Marquee — Coordinate the marquee and Chronicle communications Book Club — Support grade-level student book clubs Business Sponsorships Committee — Solicit donations from local businesses Campus Beautification — Lead campus beautification efforts Community Outreach — Support Adams Middle School needs year-round Conference Night Meals — Coordinate staff meals four times a year Copy Center — Coordinate volunteers and supplies for the Copy Center Dads Club — Represent Dads Club at PTSA meetings 8th Grade Celebration Committee — Plan activities and fundraising for the year ESE Liaison — Coordinate with ESE specialists to support needs Family Sponsor Chair — Help manage family sponsorships for fundraising Faculty Honor Roll — Coordinate printing and distribution of faculty awards (fundraiser) Graphic Design — Create printed materials and event flyers Hospitality — Organize 3 annual events (Camp Cobra, 6th Grade Open House, Welcome Back Staff Luncheon)Reflections — Coordinate the Reflections contest PBIS Store / Coleman Den — Assist with incentives and Quarterly store operations Safety — Advocate for student safety Scholarship — Coordinate and select Coleman alumni senior recipient (cannot be a current senior) Social Media — Manage PTSA presence on Facebook and Instagram Spirit Night Chair — Coordinate with local businesses for spirit nights; report to VP Communications Spiritwear — Help pack and deliver orders to classrooms Staff Appreciation — Plan and coordinate appreciation events Student Clubs Chair — Publicize Coleman clubs with administration Student Honor Roll — Facilitate Principal’s Honor Roll celebrations and certificates (3/year) Student Services Liaison — Coordinate with Student Services on needs Website — Manage website content — it’s easy, we promise!
